#sundaydinner 🍽Grilled sirloin #steak, mushroom cream sauce (finished with chèvre, herbs and white wine), crispy roasted garlic potatoes, warm almond flour “Italian” muffins and mostly from our #garden salad w/ lemon vinaigrette. Sirloin is an economical cut that feeds a big family; season well, cook to medium rare and let rest before slicing.
